Charter
Article I

The channel will consist of several channel managers, none of which will be considered the "head manager" and no channel manager will have any more or less power than another. The channel may be registered in the name of one channel manager, but that is only due to the technical functionality of IRC; that manager will not have more power than the others and may not make changes to the political structure without the process necessary, as defined in the channel.

Article II

There will be several channel operators. The responsibility of channel operators is to deal with problems of immediate concern in the channel and to report these problems to the channel managers. Most managers will probably also be operators, but it is possible to be a manager without being an operator.

Article III

There will be a set of rules defined for the channel which have the purpose of ensuring the main philosophy of the channel is maintained.

Article IV

In order solve problems of the individuals in the channel and for them to have the ability to receive support, the individuals must have a means of expressing their problems in the channel to one or more channel managers in a private place.

Article V

Channel operators can be added with consent of 83% of the channel managers. Additional channel managers can be added with consent of 100% of the current managers.

Article V

Because the initial documents are not perfect, and because the sociology of the channel can evolve over time, the charter and rules of the channel may be amended with consent of 83% of channel managers.
